A 33 year old Eastern suburbs Sydney boy (also known as an IT geek) now found in the Western suburbs of Adelaide (the things we do for love). Married to the beautiful and smart Dr Casey (who still seems hell bent on accruing Australia’s largest HECS debt) and “Dad-Dad-Dad” to one crazy but totally worth it toddler, Oscar. Still working at squeezing in my Bachelor of Business Studies (Management). Travelled the world enough to know there’s still way too much still to see. Proud owner of (and financial benefactor to) an MG and 2 Burmese cats.
Representing the Self, My Avatars
I am a strong believer in authenticity on the Internet. While I have held this belief over my 18 years of Internet usage only recently
has technology allowed and society encouraged one to remove the blurred line
between a digital and real world representation of themselves. I believe a
digital representation should be no different to a real representation; hence I
use a real photo’s of myself as my avatar.
